single bed and two bed rooms from 14 to 25 m²
Apartments with 2, 3 or 4 beds from 34m² to 58 m²

What do we offer?

Roomy, modern rooms and apartments with their own bathrooms (toilet / shower) and free highspeed-WiFi and 4K-Flat TVs with satelite connections.

Our rooms are soundproofed, have their own residential ventilation and underfloor heating.
We also offer free parking spots (1 per room), coffee, snack and beverage vending machines in our foyer. We also have a modern washroom with washing machines and dryers. Our rooms are cleaned every day from monday till sunday. In every floor, there also is a sitting room with an modern kitchen in it. Our apartments have their own modern kitchen each.

Where are we located?

We are near the center of Wels (15 min by feet), directly at the B1 street.

You can reach Linz in about 25 minutes by car – Supermarkets, Restaurants and an pharmacy are located in the surroundings (about 5 min by feet)
