We want to make your visit in our hotel as smooth as possible – so here is a small “how to” for our check in and check out. We ask you in advance to tell us your approx arrival time so we can have everything ready for you.
Check-In
Our normal check in is from 2 pm to 7 pm ( 14:00 – 19:00) – in our office you can pay with cash, but also with your credit- or ATM-card. Our hotel staff will help you with everything for sure. If you will arrive later, please call us: +43 676 911 55 70. We will clarify the further procedure with you then.
If wou will come at very late times, thats also no problem:
The check in with our key box is available around the clock (from 2pm / 14:00 of your first day). To use our key boy, you just have to tell us a valid credit card number trough phone, mail or our available booking pages – we will send you your key trough SMS & email afterwards – with that key, you can get your entrance key at any time of the day. The key box is located next to our main entrance – easy & simple!
Check-Out
To check out, just throw your room key in our check out box next to our main entrance. Please check out until 11 am (11:00) – if you want to stay a bit longer, just contact our staff – they will coordinate the perfect time with you.
